Happy Birthday to Me!

I hate to admit this but I really thought this would be a horribly disappointing birthday. I mean, what with all the baby crying for five days straight, the husband leaving me, the getting ready to move out, searching for a job and the being depressingly close to 30, I thought I'd want to bang my head against the wall. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful friends that I have. I got many a birthday wish and even a few very sweet and unexpected gifts. I loved having flowers delivered (yes, Karen... chocolates and a balloon too). The soon to be ex very rarely did that. And only when he was feeling guilty for something, most likely the cheating or maybe it was the lying. Anyway, I have awesome friends who made me feel so special and I love each and every one of them. Thanks ladies!
